Founder & Construction Lead
Ori is the founder and driving force behind OTR Signature Homes.
He is an attorney with experience at a major law firm. While pursuing his legal career, Ori completed a real estate development project and discovered his true passion for hands on development.
Ori oversees all on site operations, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, engineers, architects, permitting authorities, agents, and clients, bringing projects from concept to completion.
Shai Ohayon
Co-Founder & Investments Lead
Shai leads acquisitions, investor relations, and financial strategy for OTR Signature Homes.
He is an Industrial Engineer with experience in business development, having worked in both high tech and large construction companies, bringing strong operational and strategic insight to every project.
Shai focuses on identifying investment opportunities, analyzing deals and market trends, managing off-market opportunities, maintaining investor relationships, and overseeing financial planning and budget control.
George Bailey
Principal Architect
George is the founder and principal architect of Bailey Built PLLC, serving the Detroit metropolitan area.
He leads thoughtful, client-focused residential and commercial architecture, guiding projects from concept to fully coordinated construction documents.
George collaborates closely with builders, engineers, and clients, combining technical expertise with creative problem solving.
Tom Wooderson
General Contractor
Tom is recognized as one of the top builders and renovation experts in Southeast Michigan.
Known for high-end craftsmanship and modern design, he ensures exceptional quality on every project.
His work earned him a spot on HGTV’s Steal This House, highlighting his construction expertise and problem-solving skills.
Nofit Ohayon
Marketing Manager
Nofit manages marketing and social media for OTR Signature Homes.
She creates engaging content and shares our projects in the best light, helping connect with clients and the community.
Robert R. Drouillard
Survey Manager
Robert leads all surveying and site planning for our projects, bringing over 25 years of field experience. He manages everything from site evaluation to survey preparation and staking for construction.
Working closely with our team, Robert brings the high standards of Lehner Surveying & Consulting Inc., a trusted company with over 100 years in land surveying. His expertise ensures every project starts on a precise, solid foundation, making him an essential part of our team.
